I truly enjoyed my stay at Terrace Kiyomizu Kyoto. The staff were exceptionally kind, consistently eager to assist and provide valuable recommendations. The laundry facilities on the rooftop were convenient, and the location was perfect for exploring Kiyomizu-dera temple.

I was disappointed with the noise levels in the hotel. The constant foot traffic and tour buses outside made it hard to relax. Moreover, the nearby restaurants closed early, forcing us to walk quite a distance for meals, which wasn’t ideal after a long day of sightseeing.

The Standard Double Room was spacious and clean, which I loved. The bed was really firm, just how I like it, and they offered a topper if you wanted something softer. The bathroom had all the essentials, and everything was spotless. Plus, the microwave in the lobby was handy for heating snacks before chilling out. Really solid experience!
